Eligibility
You confirm your organisation is in an eligible category and is not a political party, candidate or consultant, a PR or reputation firm, a police or intelligence agency, a trader, fund or short seller, or a corporate intelligence firm.
Confidentiality
When you open a teaser's details you agree to keep them confidential and not to use the idea except through a deal on Daylight. Each view is logged.
Payment
You fund escrow before work starts and pay Daylight's service fee and GST as shown. You may not ask journalists to work before escrow is funded.
Responsibility
You keep full editorial control and are solely responsible for what you publish, including fact-checking and legal review. Daylight does not check or verify pitches, stories or the evidence journalists list.
Team
You are responsible for members you add to your organisation account.
